Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the co-founder and co-CEO of Herman-Scheer. We are a brand studio and partner agency that helps bring startups to market.

What challenge were you trying to address with Miners Mills, Inc?

We needed a lot of help with financial planning and making informed decisions around the business from a financial perspective.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We sat down with Dave (President, Miners Mills, Inc) and walked him through all our financials. We explained where we stood and outlined all our internal operations. He set us up with a cash board, which is a custom excel sheet that enabled us to look at our business finances from a cash perspective from month to month.

One of our accountants is a friend of Dave’s and introduced us.

We started working together around January 2018 and the work continues on a month-to-month consultation basis.

Seeing the cash position of our company in such detail really helped us. Before we worked with Dave, we were almost $100,000 in debt. Having the visibility of the cash board completely reversed that.
