Please describe your company and your position there.

I was a Senior Social Media Associate at Hopscotch! I used to oversee the Social Media Handles. We were a team of 5 under the Content Marketing wing.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mindstorm?

We hired Mindstorm because of the less resources internally. They were hired for managing our content strategy for all our Social Media platforms.

What were your goals for this project?

We had to reach maximum number of people and had given an objective of increase in engagement on our Social Media profiles.

This was a reference from one of our team members. That is how we went forward with hiring this agency.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They had to manage end to end Social media marketing for Hopscotch. They were given a scope of work which had 90 posts a month that also included 150 stories a month. Right from conceptualizing to creation to execution to analyzing every creative.

What was the team composition?

They involved two contest strategists, 1 Social Media Executive, A Social Media Trainee, 3 Creative designers, 1 client servicing executive.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

So we did not grow really on the followers. But, once we had them on board we had really good increase on our follower base.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

There were a few miscommunications. But, in totality I think we could rate this an awesome experience.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The dedication and the hardwork. Even if we managed to miss out on something the team always had our back. They always had a positive approach to any feedback shared by the internal team and reworked multiple times to give the best output.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I totally believe every agency or an employee has a room for improvement. The only area I would expect Mindstorm to improve would be delivering the expected in a little more prior time.
