They were always available for calls and meetings, clearly explaining their ideas and strategy, and also providing a well-defined strategic plan. Additionally, they shared supplemental materials to support our work. They conducted every meeting with professionalism and remained focused on achieving the final deliverables and goals. While there were occasional slight delays in delivery, they consistently responded with professionalism and delivered great results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me most was their strategic approach and the way they actively involved us in the process, teaching and supporting us to successfully handle our part when needed. They are a young, ambitious, and goal-oriented team, focused on delivering impactful results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mindlink could have done differently?

The main area for improvement would be ensuring more consistent delivery timelines, and maybe setting some weekly / bi weekly short meetings (These weren't on our contract, but would have helped. but whenever asked for a meeting they were always positive). Apart from that, everything else was excellent.

Ten years ago, we embarked on a journey to establish the first bike rental shop in Thessaloniki. Little did we know that this venture would transform into a place brimming with cherished stories and unforgettable memories.

Our initial goal was to offer an alternative form of entertainment for people of all ages, and we are delighted to witness this vision come to life every single day. Throughout the years, we have forged strong and meaningful connections with our customers, providing countless rides along the scenic Nea Paralia.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were extremely satisfied with the quality of Mindlink’s deliverables. We measured KPIs from SEMrush and Google Search Console, including the estimated number of visitors from organic search, positions of tracked keywords over time, visibility score, number of referring domains and backlinks, authority score of linking domains, toxic score, keywords driving the most traffic, keyword difficulty and search volume, search terms that bring users to our site, and comparison of our domain’s performance against competitors.

After working with Mindlink, we saw an increase in clicks, impressions, and CTR. We also saw an increase in the number of keywords ranking in the top 10 and top 3 positions, as well as growth in referring domains and authority score.
