Website Development for E-REDES European Project
The European EUniversal project is managed by a consortium of 18 partners from 7 European countries, and it is coordinated by E-REDES, formerly known as EDP Distribuição (EDP Group).
Besides developing the EUniversal responsive website, Mind Forward also developed other offline communication materials (rollups, flyers and brochure) and a motion vídeo design that explains the purpose of the project that will carried out over 3 years, from 2020 to 2023.

Hello World, I’m Winet the new Sogrape’s Intranet
Sogrape is Portugal largest Wine Company, and for years wanted a single platform to connect all the employees around the World and change the way people work and communicate.
To accomplish that, we worked side-by-side with Sogrape key users, conducting several collaborative work sessions, to define the functional specification that drove the development team.
Furthermore, we identified the needs that adoption and Communication plan needed to cover in the pre-launch and after-launch stages.
WINet was nominated for Best Intranet 2019 in European Excellence Awards 2019 and won the award for Best European Intranet.

Social Media Consulting for BFA, nº1 Angola bank
BFA already felt the urgency to reach social networks in 2017, when its competitors already shared, interacted, responded to their social communities.
Mind Forward took on the challenge to, together with the BFA Digital Communication team, define a solid strategy for the first and next steps of BFA on social media.
The first step was taken on Facebook, followed by Instagram and Linkedin, different networks with different dynamics and communities. With Mind Forward’s daily support and the definition of editorial plans suitable for each social network, BFA started this new stage of relationship with its customers in 2018, seeing its community grow rapidly throughout 2019.
On Facebook, BFA met an interactive community, reaching new followers every day, who interacted, questioned, thanked and shared the BFA content.
On Instagram, a human and dedicated team was revealed, consolidating the pride of being BFA.
Finally on Linkedin, we created a platform of interest for the banking sector, sharing specialty items with high value, positioning its leadership.
We shared, guided and led BFA on social media and in 2021, together with BFA, we maintain the ambition to continue to be truly a platform of interest for Angolan banks and their customers.

HTML5 Banner Development - Bayer digital campaign
To support a contextualized display campaign, Mind Forward created a creative concept for 2 banner formats (MREC and Halfpage), illustrating discomfort situations in the eyes after long hours of eye strain activity, which can be relieved thanks to Bepanthene Eye drops.
In the context of the Covid-19 epidemic, situations typical of a quarantine environment were illustrated, such as teleworking, reading a book, online games, viewing TV or streaming series on any device.
Mind Forward ensured the illustration, creation of storyboard and animation of the different banners for Bepanthene Eye in HTML5.

Motion Video Design and Illustration for ANACOM
At a time when the Covid-19 pandemic forces social distance, working teams have to adopt new work processes, but still maintain their productivity levels.
ANACOM was thus obliged to review the way its employees carried out daily and collaborative tasks, but in telework. Therefore, they decided to recommend the adoption of the digital tool Teams, from Microsoft, so that all collaborators and teams could maintain permanent contact, collaborating pertinently and effectively in each project.
For this purpose, Mind Forward created an animated Video of informative and tutorial nature, in order to raise awareness among all ANACOM working teams about the adoption of the Teams tool in their daily work.

Please describe your company and your position there.
ANACOM (National Communications Authority) is for over 30 years the Portuguese regulator for Electronic Communications and Postal Sector. I’m responsible for promoting a new digital culture at ANACOM, the National Communications Authority where I run a Change Management team and a program for adoption in the scope of digital transition at the Directorate-General for Information and Innovation.
For what projects/services did your company hire Mind Forward?
At a time when the Covid-19 pandemic forces social distance, working teams have to adopt new work processes, but still maintain their productivity levels. ANACOM was thus obliged to review the way its employees carried out daily and collaborative tasks, but in telework. Therefore, we decided to recommend the adoption of the digital tool Microsoft Teams, so that any employee could maintain permanent contact, collaborating pertinently and effectively in each project.
For this purpose, Mind Forward created an animated Video of informative and tutorial nature, in order to raise awareness among all ANACOM working teams about the adoption of the Teams tool in their daily work.
What were your goals for this project?
We start from the premise that the need to produce documents collaboratively is a constant in our daily professional life. Typically, it is an inefficient and even frustrating process, based on sending 1001 versions of the document by email.
With this video we wanted to highlight the added value in using Teams instead of email to perform regular organizational tasks, which are, most of the times, time consuming.
How did you select Mind Forward?
The company was recommended to me by a person who had already had a good experience of working with the company.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail.
The video is divided into two parts, the first tells the story of the despair of a team that had to prepare a report to the Board of Directors using the email; in the second half, all the details of the story are converted into successes because the team adopted the right tools and managed to finish the report in time.
In my organization, we are developing a process to improve digital adoption and we invited her Mind Forward to produce this video showing the pros and opportunities of the change in progress.
What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?
It was a great success. People considered the story very clear and the video represented a step forward to reinforce the adoption process.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
This video continues to be used to impact employees. Each time we reactivate the campaign we have an adoption rate increase
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The result was overwhelming. The team is incredibly creative and understood the idea since the very beginning they accepted all my suggestions and added value to all these ideas the video was delivered on time and the outcome was a great success.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They are very committed to the client and very helpful in dealing with our doubts, goals, challenges, and expectations. They are very punctual in their services and work
Are there any areas for improvement?
I think the team is very consistent, well structured. They are the right partner for those who look for ideas out of the box.
