The scope of work for Midbrain's collaboration with Europcar Armenia was in the development and implementation of two key technological solutions aimed at enhancing Europcar's pricing strategies and operational analytics. 
Below is the detailed breakdown of the scope and key deliverables: 

1. Development of Europcar Armenia Price Tracker 
   1. Objective: To create a dynamic tool capable of monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing pricing strategies in the competitive car rental market. 
   2. Key Activities: 
      1. Data Integration: Aggregate real-time data from various sources, including competitor pricing, demand trends, and market fluctuations. 
      2. Algorithm Development: Develop sophisticated algorithms to analyze data and identify pricing opportunities. 
      3. User Interface Design: Design a user-friendly interface for Europcar Armenia's team to monitor and adjust pricing strategies effectively. 
   3. Key Deliverables: 
      1. A fully functional Price Tracker tool with real-time data integration and analysis capabilities. 
      2. Documentation and training materials for Europcar Armenia staff on how to use and maximize the tool's benefits. 
2. Creation of Advanced Analytics Dashboard 
   1. Objective: To provide comprehensive insights into market trends, customer behavior, and operational performance, facilitating informed decision-making. 
   2. Key Activities:

Are there any areas for improvement or something Midbrain could have done differently?

While Midbrain's collaboration with Europcar Armenia was highly successful, there are always opportunities for further refinement. Reflecting on the partnership, a few areas for improvement stand out, which could enhance future collaborations: 

1. Initial Project Scoping Although the project ultimately met our strategic needs, a more detailed initial scoping phase could have reduced the need for adjustments mid-project. 
2. Enhanced Training and Knowledge Transfer The training provided on the new systems was effective, but there's room for improvement in ensuring a broader understanding across our team. 

At the same time, Midbrain is very open to feedback, hence eventually this wasn't a problem.
