The website worked easly from day one. It opened fast on mobile and desktop. People started visiting and using the contact form. There were no bugs or errors after launch. I was satisfied with the final result.

They delivered the project on time, which I appreciated Updates was mostly good, but sometimes I had to follow up for updates. They did respond to my requests, but a few changes took longer than expected they managed things well, but there's room for improvement.

Overall the work was good, but a few things could be better sometimes small updates took longer than expected also, a bit more attention to small details in the beginning would’ve saved time later. Nothing major but these small things can improve the experience.
