She has over twenty years of experience in consulting, digital marketing and strategy with Fortune 500 companies, and has worked across geographies to drive business results. Before founding Metrics Matter, she led digital customer engagement for Capital One. Arvinder is a mentor with two non-profits, SCORE and Pacific Community Ventures, that provide business advice to start-ups and small businesses.

Arvinder is a proud Longhorn (McCombs School of Business, University of Texas at Austin) and a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. She lives in Richmond, VA with her husband and her son.

She analyzed our web site and Google analytics results and made recommendations regarding: 1. site lay out to improve UX, 2. how to better utilize key words in web site content to improve SEO, ranking, 3. and suggestions on how to better spend our SEM budget.
