911 At Ease International supports first responders and their family members with confidential, free and trauma-informed counseling. Our nonprofit is a national and international organization based in the West Coast, USA. I am the Chief Strategy and Chief Operating Officer of the organization.

New website/brand identity and currently working on the second version of the site to make the content more robust. In addition, they are providing ongoing support with the site to keep updates and content current.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred by our marketing director who had worked with them on projects, previously.

We did a full rebrand and new website for our organization, with ongoing support needs. We started with website 1.0 that got us rebranded and allowed quick and easy access for our first responders to reach out. The content was simple, clear and concise.

Crawford and his team at Messenger worked efficiently, professionally and creatively to implement our desired goals. They are working on 2.0 version, which will provide more detailed content, pictures and more navigation menu tools to quickly identify sections the viewer might be interested in without having to scroll.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The messenger team is amazing. I work directly with Crawford Ifland, the CEO. He then designates team members to support. He doesn't shuffle clients, so we feel like we are VIP and don't know how many people might be supporting us.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We absolutely LOVED the first website and feel it truly captured the heart of our program. The navigation for support to our clients is seamless. Our second version of the site has been just as great of an experience with the team. They are prompt and professional. They will troubleshoot ideas and make recommendations. I highly recommend them!

I’m the president of FGH Biotech. We’re an early-stage biotech company that develops drugs and products to manage fat metabolism in the body.

We needed help with putting the image of our company on the web so that our customers — leading-edge researchers, institutions, and corporate entities — can find us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Messenger put together and put up the web service. It provides basic information about who we are, what we do, and what our expertise is. They assisted us with developing it, putting it up, and operating it smoothly. Now they provide support and updates. The design phase had some input from third parties, but it was largely directed by Crawford (CEO). 

What is the team composition?

Crawford is my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with Messenger Healthcare Marketing?

I was referred by a friend who’d worked with them in the past. Messenger also had solid experience working with medical companies, which was a plus.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2017, and the partnership is now based on annual support.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re pleased with the quality of their work, the performance of the website, and the ease of working together. We continue to work with Crawford and his team as a result. 

How did Messenger Healthcare Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent at meeting deadlines. I don’t know of any PM tools they may use.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Messenger provides direct personal care from the top.

Spread awareness, support e-commerce, maintain a modern, aesthetically pleasing website.

My company was already working with Messenger when I started.

They are available for any detailed website changes we wanted to make including adding graphics, changing banners, online forms, landing pages, etc.

Myself, sales reps, and Messenger's team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our website is appealing to visitors, hosts a plethora of resources for our partners and end users and, most importantly, allows us to maintain a constant revenue stream from our e-commerce offerings.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The Messenger team was always extremely responsive, timely, and friendly to work with. Internally, we are not expert in web development so it was always comforting to know we could use the Messenger team as a resource for any questions we had / projects we wanted to implement.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The response time. I almost always saw a response to any of my inquiries the day of, with the changes implemented the following day, at the latest.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sometimes, there have been errors in payment through the e-commerce portal. This could have been due to any number of reasons and did not taint our perception of the Messenger team in any way. If a problem did arise, they were always quick at resolving it.

For what projects/services did your company hire Messenger Healthcare Marketing?

We first hired Messenger for a website revamp for Empire and then went on to hire them to build a website for our newly branded Optical shop. Our experience with both those projects went so well we decided to expand to online marketing via google with Messenger for our new Optical shop.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase branding and traffic within our new optical shop.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We had teamed up with them for web development and their knowledge of our industry was so valuable in that project we felt it would also lend valuable in advertising. We had used a previous outsourced company with no experience in our industry and our google ads did not generate an increase in traffic.

Messenger has updated an already existing website to be more current and relevant. They also built from scratch a new site for our new Optical boutique, working closely with myself on content and feel of the site. Later we worked on online marketing to better brand our new optical shop and drive traffic through google ads.

What was the team composition?

I only worked with Crawford directly on all the projects. He was incredibly timely, always followed up with me--which was great since my role often can bury me with other important work, his timely follow ups kept me in the project.

His insight into the industry enabled him to make suggestions specific to our business that have worked in the past and he was always willing to give suggestions or make changes requested. His diligence, attention to detail, knowledge, and skill was a true asset to all the projects we worked on together.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our websites are running fantastically, jumping our organic SEO to #2/#3 respectively given the search--we started out not even showing up on the first page. Our online ads have helped our optical boutique increase traffic from 0% to 27%, within the first year, and still seeing an increase.

Our biggest obstacle has been name recognition and a highly saturated optical shop competition. The outside advertising has had a positive impact on our business and we continue to work with it and continue to see that percent rise steadily.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been flawless. If we need any changes, updates, anything, I send an email and it is completed with 24-48hrs, I couldn't ask for more!

If the updates are more involved he always sends me a look at it first before making it live so I can review and make changes if necessary. I have never experienced better service from any of the other vendors I work with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was blown away by the knowledge that this vendor had about our industry and our market. We learned new things from them on how to better market our brands and stay innovative. The collaboration on every project has been positive and unmatched by any other company I have worked with before.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The quality and timeliness was superb, I really do not have any constructive feedback-- keep up the great work.

We provide aesthetic services of plastic and reconstructive surgery along with medspa treatments in Fort Worth, Texas. I am the Business Director for the practice, Anderson Plastic Surgery & MedSpa.

Redesign of two websites for plastic surgery and medical spa in aesthetic medicine. We needed content updated, new photos, procedure descriptions and easier navigation through the site for patients. It looks GREAT!!

Our websites was significantly out of date and lacked necessary detail for potential patients. We needed a complete overhaul to keep us competitive. This has been a game changer for our online referrals! Patients compliment our website regularly!

Our adwords campaigns are healthy and well managed. Our site continues to improve in ranking and authority under the guidance of MessengerMD.
