What was the scope of their involvement?
Previously, our product was sold through doctors. But digital marketing helped that and we wanted to expand our online sales. They took our statistics of the product — Indonesian women 24–50 years old use the product — and started on social media first. We used social media apps and more to target them. We used Facebook and Instagram, with Instagram as our main channel.
Then we requested Meson Digital Marketing Agency Jakarta – Indonesia to build the website for us. They built the site from the ground up, we have no design or development team. After they built the website, we hired them to handle PPC ads and Google Ads.
