I'm the Marketing manager of an Beauty and Health company. We provide beauty care products and restore damaged skin.

For what projects/services did your company hire Melisoft, and what were your goals?

We are a manufacturing and trading company in the field of health and beauty, always considering customers as the focus and orientation to serve businesses. We aspire to provide customers with high-quality products with the most advanced technology and the best buying experience. Therefore, we wanted to build a technology ecosystem that helps us bring customers the best experience.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I am in the incubator community and got to know this company through a project published in the community. My idea is similar to that project; this company has done it successfully, so I am confident and want to cooperate with them.

I made an appointment with the CEO to brainstorm ideas, and then the company would research which technologies best fit my goals. Once we agreed on the technology, they would start designing and give me a prototype. Blockchain, smart contract, NFT and AI are the technology applied to our project.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I contact mainly to 1 project manager. Also, there are 1 designer and 2-3 frontend or backend developers behind the scene.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We saw 80% reach in traffic after our site launching, our sales doubled in 2 months and we got a lot of customers' feedback that were so satisfied with our website.

We had daily report from project manager. If they have any delays, they let me know and solving the problem immediately. We also communicate in Github and Discord.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have very good experience with the project manager. They work promptly and rarely make mistakes because they have their own platform. Product launching speed was fast, not stagnant like other places I had cooperated with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It seems like we don't have any problems working together, since we work in the same hours and city. In the project design step, there was a little delay in the deadline, but they also gave advance notice and presented a reasonable reason.

I'm the manager of financial solutions firm. We provide customer financial service including home loans, insurance packages or other products. investment products.

We are a financial support company, wishing to provide the best solution for customers with the most optimal technology, the best user experience. Therefore, we wanted a website with good UX so we hired Melisoft.

We search for web development companies in the area and only Melisoft can fulfill our request with fastest time to market

I convened a brainstorming session with the CEO, following which the company would look into the technologies that would benefit me the greatest. When we decided on the technology, they would start developing a prototype.

Normally, I only communicate with one project manager. One designer and two to three frontend or backend engineers are working behind the scenes.

Following the introduction of our website, we experienced an 80% increase in traffic, a 2x increase in revenue, and a lot of positive consumer comments.

Daily reports were provided by the project manager. If there are any delays, they notify me right away and fix the issue. We converse on Github and Discord as well.

I have a great deal of knowledge about project managers. As a result of having their own platform, they consistently complete their tasks on time. Product launches happened quickly, not slowly as in other places I've worked.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Given that we both work in the same city and at the same times, we get along very well. There was a slight timeline slippage during the project design phase, but they also provided notification and a justifiable explanation.
