We have great uptime on our sites and our requests for changes are processed quickly. We've not had any major downtimes or crashes.

They are organized and communicative. If something is out of scope, they communicate it, which is less common than you would think.

Nothing major. Most requests occurred within expected time. We had one hiccup, but it got resolved once I talked to the owner.
