We decided to search for a social media marketing agency and contacted several companies before choosing Media Saga. We chose Media Saga mainly because of the feedback of their previous customers after we did a research about them.

Basically, Media Saga planned, designed and implemented all our social media marketing campaigns - including how to better improve our social media presence.

I've closely collaborated with one person only, however, they had a team who handled our daily social media needs all throughout the campaign, which included designers and support team.

Thanks to their service our reach on Facebook grew by tripled on the first month, which boosted our sales by 24%.

The most impressive thing? Well, that would be the timely response and their patience. There have been times that I've been unreasonable and have asked updates on unfavorable hours or times but they always make sure to provide the details I needed and comply to requests.

I cannot think of anything other than the fact that we've grown because of their assistance.

I was with a different vendor for a year after seeing no results and being very frustrated we decided to join Media Saga in October of 2021 for our seo and social media needs- It has been one year since we started working with them and we are going nowhere. We are a local high end massage spa in downtown Denver and our experience with Media Saga has been like no others. They have really taken the time to take care of us and to help us understand every step of the process.
