We are a leading property investment and property management firm, where we invest in high-rise buildings. We have a management arm that manages each individual property.

What was your goal for working with Media Launch?

After we launched our website, we needed online reputation management along with advertising and digital content creation for social media. New content is very important to our advertising position.

SOLUTION

Please describe the scope of their work.

Media Launch did reputation management online, if we ever got any negative feedback. We have thousands of tenants that we service. I wish I could say all of those tenants are happy with us, but there's always a handful that doesn't don't have a problem going to the Web and stating their issues, or fictitiously stating their issues. Media Launch has helped us with that as well as on the social media side, which includes Facebook, Twitter, and Google+. They also helped on the advertisement side, on the posting side, as well as creating content for us, and we're always looking to create new content.

What was your process for selecting Media Launch?

We worked with another one of their companies a few years earlier. Their other company built our website and does digital marketing for us.

When did you begin working with Media Launch? Is it still ongoing?

I think maybe two or three years ago. We still use them regularly.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the results of the project?

Their work has been great with our online reputation. They've addressed and helped with many of the issues. Additionally, their work on social media, including Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ has met expectations and has been beneficial to our company. We've been happy with the new content they create for us. Both of their companies have been great.

What differentiates Media Launch from others?

Media Launch backs up what they say and the customer service is excellent. We've worked with both sides of their business, and they really cover a lot of areas. We're very much ahead of the curve. Online, as you can imagine, it can be very, very competitive. Apartment rentals are a very competitive landscape, apartment rentals. I would say that our advertising budget is probably a lot less than most major landlords in the country, because of them.

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or something that you might do differently?

No. They've been great with everything. They stay ahead of curve and keep us ahead of the competition. We continue to use them and have confidence in their work.
