I’m the senior manager of business development at GPC Medical. Our company has more than 200 employees and we manufacture and export orthopedic implants and medical equipment. I’m responsible for new business development and branding activities.

We searched online for various media houses based in India. After shortlisting a few, we met Media Designs’ team. Their creativity and willingness to understand our company's core values led us to choose them.

It took a few rounds of meetings with their creative director and scriptwriter, and then the work began. It was mainly a branding activity to convey to our clients our values and quality.

I was in touch with the creative director, a project manager, a scriptwriter, and other technical staff as well.

We’ve received great feedback from our clientele. Those who cannot visit us in India can see our production unit virtually.

They were extremely prompt and took our input very seriously. The project manager assigned to us was in touch with us constantly, making the whole process extremely smooth.

I was surprised to see how well they understood our industry. This, paired with their creativity, helped convey our message.

Our company needed some branding videos for an upcoming global leadership meeting in Switzerland that is held every year where the best projects under the categories of team spirit, excellence and innovation are judged and celebrated.

It was a challenge to showcase our entire projects in short 2–3-minute videos but Media Designs delivered a complete solution.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We submitted projects in two categories at the meeting. For team spirit, our project was the Uttarakhand Initiative for providing relief to flash flood victims. For the excellence category, we submitted our Safety Excellence for the Gujarat Plant project. Both projects won the awards in their respective categories thanks to Media Design’s excellent story-telling in the videos.
