Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the executive director of the Independent School Chairpersons Association (ISCA). It’s a membership organization of independent school board chairs.


For what projects/services did your company hire Media Climb?

We hired them to help us redesign our website and add some services such as online payment.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to create a more dynamic website with improved capability.


How did you select this vendor?

They were referred to us. After speaking with them and seeing their proposal, we knew that they were perfect for the job. They gave us a very good price compared to what other firms would have given us. After our initial conversation, I knew I could work well with them—especially with Ryan [Website & Search Marketing Specialist, Media Climb].

Describe the project in detail.

They developed the new website based on an existing site. We needed them to add some features and update it to be more dynamic and interesting from a design and a function standpoint.

Since we’re a membership organization, we wanted people to be able to register and renew their memberships online, so we had Media Climb incorporate online payment functionality. The other key feature was online registration for our events and webinars.

What was the team composition?

We worked mainly with Ryan.


What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

We’re a very small organization, but everyone from the board of directors to our members is very pleased with the improvements to the website. We’re getting more online registrations and payments. It’s all been great, but I don’t track how many hits the website gets.

How effective was the project management?

We communicated via email and scheduled conference calls and planned a lot over the phone. They’re extremely responsive and everything that we asked for was incorporated into the site.

If there’s was an issue or question during the process, Ryan would get right back to me. We made several changes along the way because we had a committee that had to approve the new website. It made the process a little more onerous for them because we had to please certain people, but they were very patient.
