Scope of Work
The MDVS company was engaged to design, develop, and deploy a comprehensive suite of digital tools tailored for a small craft distillery. The objective was to enhance both customer-facing and internal business operations through custom-built software solutions. The scope included the following components:

1. Online Store Development 
   1. Web Design: Custom UI/UX design aligned with the brand identity of the distillery.
   2. Web Development: Full-stack development of a responsive and secure e-commerce platform from scratch, supporting product browsing, shopping cart, and online checkout.
   3. DevOps & Deployment: Setting up and maintaining hosting infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, backups, and server monitoring to ensure stable and secure operation.
2. Internal CRM System 
   1. Development of a custom CRM system tailored to the needs of the distillery.
   2. Features include client management, order tracking, product catalog management, and reporting tools.
   3. Role-based access control for different team members.
3. Low-Code Automations 
   1. Implementation of automated workflows using low-code/no-code platforms to streamline operations.
   2. Integration between the CRM system and the online store for real-time synchronization of orders, inventory, and client data.
   3. Automated notifications, status updates, and routine task handling to reduce manual workload.
