IoT Based Real-Time Sports Tracking Solution
Our solution was primarily focused on gathering, processing, storing sports statistical data in real-time and sharing it with various stakeholders via the app. Thus, using the ShotTracker Team app, coaches, team managers, athletes, betting providers could track different criteria of the entire team or each specific player apart. A Digital Signage Solution for Android Platform
Digital signage implies using LED / LCD projection and e-paper technology to display digital images, video, web content, weather data, menus, etc. These solutions are suited well for stadiums, stores, museums, hotels, restaurants, offices, transport terminals to show wayfinding directions and outdoor advertising, among other functions.
The client reached out to our company with a few components of their patented digital signage service already developed: the admin panel, a web panel to remotely manage content installed on the client’s branded consoles, and the content panel, a web panel with a number of preinstalled apps for the client's console end users.
The Android mobile application, named DSE Wizard, developed by the Mbicycle team became the third integral component of this suite. Family Organizer Mobile Solutions
When the client contacted our company, they only had the idea of their future family organizer app. To implement the client's initial idea, we decided to focus our solution on the chat functionality for dedicated user groups, such as family members, friends, and other social groups with the ability to communicate, share files, and create various events for participants in every group.
We started development by creating the registration and login forms. Registered users could fill and edit their profiles, as well as choose a privacy level with the ability to show their personal data to certain user groups. Further, our team implemented the chat functionality and furnished offline access to these chats using the Realm database. We also provided users with the ability to share media files, including images, videos, and text documents within dedicated chats.

Live TV Application
In this project, we cooperated with a US-based telecommunications company in part of improving their live TV branded software. They turned to our company to augment their large in-house team, which had been working on the media streaming service, which is available in the US and Latin America on Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Oculus, and other digital platforms.
Since we joined the project team when the software was already launched, our experts focused on the following improvements:
- Integration with a variety of Google services, including home screen recommendations for Android TV, Google Assistant, and remote control.
- Maximizing personalization and convenience for every user group by adding audio navigation, highlighting the selected item, adjusting the font size and color temperature of the screen, and other features.

Invoice Processing Software
In this project, we worked with a global logistics provider, who cooperates with various countries in Europe, Asia, and North America. They contacted our team to get the full-cycle development of invoice processing software that will help upgrade their accounting operations. After joining the project, experts from Mbicycle augmented the client’s in-house team for completing the following tasks:

Drone Management App
This project is for Parrot, a recognized French manufacturer of drones and other wireless products. They hired our team to improve their official mobile app, FreeFlight Pro. The main task for our team was to develop a specific software module for their proprietary drone management app, which would process video and audio content recorded by their branded drones.
We decided to present our software solution as a Gradle library, which would be further connected to the client’s primary FreeFlight Pro application. According to the client’s requirements, our team delivered a mobile app equipped with the following features:

The key USP of the solution was that the Diners don’t order takeaway food but invite chefs/cooks or caterers to cook restaurant-quality meals right in the Diners’ kitchens, holiday pad or office.
The goal was to create a convenient mobile application that would connect diners directly with a variety of culinary professionals on iOS and Android devices with a backend administration panel for order and account management. The user roles were split into Chefs & Diners, each having a separate log in solution.
How did you select Mbicycle and what were the deciding factors?
Our requirements were likely to change as a startup, and we needed a team that could accommodate this. Company with experience with startup businesses, from MVP stages to ready-made solutions, was necessary. Mbicycle understood our business goals and were interested in the idea.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was the CEO and co-founder of a startup called the Door of Club, which we already sold.
What challenge were you trying to address with Mbicycle?
We needed cheap and reliable software creation services from Mbicycle.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Mbicycle’s leaders initially convened with our leaders to come up with the scope of work for the project’s goals. Then, those leaders assigned a project manager on Mbicycle’s side and another project manager on our end. After that, we executed the goals and created the software that we needed.
The purpose of the software was to create a database of college student organizations and associations that employers can access and contact. In terms of tech stack, we used PHP and Laravel. Mbicycle was involved in both the front- and backend development of the project.

What distinguished Mbicycle from other providers was their personal approach to custom software development and their willingness to work extra hours to make their customers happy.
