RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our revenue for the company has gone up month over month since working with them which is a good thing. Our PPC rates went down pretty significantly and we have had some big wins in our company like Shark Tank and Joe Rogan, and when those hit, we were seeing extremely profitable PPC campaigns. I would say that those are successes.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Maxsource’s experience and knowledge are most impressive. We worked specifically with Tanya (Technical Lead & Digital Strategist) from their team.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think the biggest thing is the time difference. I believe they are based in India and that was a little bit difficult for us because we like to keep an open communication, so I would say that was the one thing.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Better project management from our end would probably have helped pretty significantly as well.
