What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
For the Mark 6 scanner, they came up with a camera function, but it took time to do the scanning. We asked them to improve the overall experience. They came back with another new library that provided better solutions and gave us more functions, for example, they can show the scanning areas. It’s more intuitive for users. We’re quite satisfied.
Both the Android and iOS apps have been launched.
How did Marz perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re quite responsive. We communicated through WhatsApp and email. They update every 2 weeks and give us demos. They email us the link to download the latest update so we can give feedback about the apps. We requested some last-minute changes, and they were able to make the changes and still meet the deadline.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They improved the scanning. They used better technology to implement the camera scanning. They were responsive and showed us updates ever 2 weeks. That gave us a lot of confidence that the project is going the right direction.
Are there any areas they could improve?
If they could provide more people, they could finish the project more quickly.
