Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of a company that produces high-quality vegetable oils based in the Czech Republic. The oils are cold-pressed and refined without chemical additives.
What challenge were you trying to address with Cloudavity LTD?
We wanted to improve the reliability of our infrastructure at our oil production facility. We needed to make changes to our business operations due to current events. We had to find a way to reduce human contact as much as possible while maintaining our production capabilities.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Basically, Cloudavity Consulting LTD designed and developed an automated system on AWS. They implemented the infrastructure through continuous integration and development. Their team also built monitoring and continuous optimization capabilities.

When with another company, we worked together. I was happy with their work then, so I decided to contract them again for the implementation of an AWS infrastructure and security advisory services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started to work with Cloudavity Consulting LTD around February 2018 and our partnership’s ongoing. Right now, we’re drafting future cooperation.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve been able to reduce the number of interactions employees need to have to do their jobs. We’ll be able to keep our business running even if stricter measures our enforced to handle current events. We put everything in The Cloud, so remote work is straightforward. We reduced our on-site support by 50% because of the AWS system, so the business keeps running. We don’t need to physically outsource people to work on our infrastructure. It was a good investment.
How did Cloudavity Consulting LTD perform from a project management standpoint?
Mainly, we communicate through Skype because we keep our accounts active. We also communicate via email occasionally. Cloudavity Consulting LTD is highly responsive and readily available. If there’s an emergency in the evening or on the weekend, they’re available and respond within a few hours. I’m happy with their project management.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Cloudavity Consulting LTD is a small company, so they’re able to focus on their clients. Their team’s eager to learn and provide the most efficient support to their clients. I’m impressed with the relationships they build with their clients because we have friendly cooperation.

To be honest, no. I’m just happy to share my personal feedback.
