Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the owner of a UK marketing agency specialising solely in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) via Google Ads.

For what projects/services did your company hire Marketing Superpower?
We wanted to explore the lead generation results that could be driven from a combined direct postal campaign accompanied with email marketing. We don't have internal expertise in marketing collateral design or experience of postal campaigns so wanted to hire someone that would drive the complete process for us.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We put a small brief out via a business networking group and discussed the objectives with two potential suppliers. Rebecca won the contract due to her wealth of experience in postal and email campaign but even more because she could do every part of the process. Often when appointing marketing consultants they then need to use supporting graphic and design agencies but Rebecca was able to do everything herself and to a very high standard.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Rebecca manage the complete project including, initial scope, liaising with data supplier, liaising with the direct mail supplier, pulling together the creative, scoping the target, project managing, creating the marketing material, checking the suppliers provided what they were appointed for a giving me great updates on exactly what i needed to decide on along with her recommendation.

Myself as client, Marketing Superpower, data provider and postal software supplier.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We had an initial goal of completing the project by June which was met. At time of writing we are still measuring the amount of replies/engagement from what has been sent out but i'm very pleased with the quality of the marketing material being sent.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Working with Rebecca was very easy as she's happy to take direction on email or video call where a longer discussion was required. She's also excelled at giving advice/opinion as a subject matter expert.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
I wanted someone I could give a high level idea to, that would just go off and run with it. This is exactly what Rebecca did so I'm very happy.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
