I'm constantly being asked questions about my business that no other marketing firm has approached me with. There's a lot of people who can do marketing but few that actually get it.

Are there any areas for improvement?

At the moment no. I am very happy with the work that's being done and I'm getting results that I didn't think were achievable for such a saturated market.
