For SEO, they analyze our site traffic and evaluate keyword performance, while also identifying new keywords and content opportunities for future growth. In terms of paid acquisition, the team implements campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and more recently, Reddit. 

For content marketing, they help us develop a robust strategy by providing detailed content briefs for execution. Additionally, Marketechy designs our marketing materials for online and print advertisements, encompassing event, search and display campaigns.

Overall, we've been happy with Marketechy's work to help us get off the ground, and drive momentum in our online presence. One area of improvement is to incoporate learning more systematically in campaign result report out, in addition to numbers (visits, conversions) etc. At the early stage for a B2B company, the compound effects of systematic learning adds up over time.

The exercise took about one month, during that time, Marketechy performed a complex audit, including competitor analysis, messaging analysis, SEO and many others. During the project, we also discussed and brainstormed the lead generation strategies that would work best for our company.

The main outcome was a detailed backlog of different SEO and website issues. This was quite useful for us, and we are still working on some improvements based on this backlog. We also got some interesting strategic SEO ideas to work on in the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Marketechy understands the projects that we give them and they have been great to work with. They have been very thorough and we consider that as the best part of working with them. Whenever we ask them for clarifications or solutions, they go deeper and bring a lot of ideas to the table.

The depth of the tasks they have completed so far contains deep insights. It's also one of the reasons why we keep them as a contractor. Overall, they’re very integrated into our company. 

How did Marketechy perform from a project management standpoint?

We have meetings at least twice per week on Zoom. We also utilize Slack and email for communication. For the most part, we use Atlassian and Asana to manage deadlines and we use Jira for technical tasks. We also use Google Sheets for sharing documents.

They adhere to schedules very well and that’s another benefit of collaborating with them. Basically, Marketechy has a fantastic project management process. Sometimes, delays come from us since we're still a growing startup, but it's great that they understand us. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Marketechy has been able to provide unique insights whenever we have initiative or projects.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I thought I would have suggestions on areas they could improve, but it’s been a really positive experience since we got on board. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t be afraid to integrate them into a variety of projects. It's the biggest reason our relationship has been a success. They have a hand in our growth efforts. We consider having that extra knowledge just triangulates their understanding of the products that we’re solving. It allows them to operate much better especially when dealing with complex topics.

If you’re planning on working with Marketechy, involve them as much as you can in different areas. However, don’t work with them for the next year because we’re going to keep them on for a while.

Initially, they were writing two blog posts per week for us. Their team went through and did a full site audit as well as keyword research to increase our search presence.

The quality of their work is very high and it feels like having an extension of our own team—we’re very happy with what we’ve received.

Working with them has been really easy, even though they’re remote. We use Slack and do most of our weekly planning through Asana.

First, we went through the discovery phase and share all our branding materials and marketing plan, and then went through the goals we want to reach. Marketechy put everything together and helped us with the company boilerplate and positioning.

Then they created a 6-month content plan for our blog and helped with SEO optimization of the existing content. They implemented HotJar heat map and GTM for us and helped to fix many technical issues related to page speed optimization on the website.

Thanks to technical improvements done to the website we have a much higher page speed and lower bounce rate. In terms of Content and SEO optimization, our content performs better and grew a lot in SERP

We had regular meetings once a week for 6 month period to discuss the progress and check if we stick to the proposed optimization plan. But it was very easy to get in touch with the girls regarding any urgent questions arising during a week and get a piece of advice.

They helped us to define the marketing strategy for the future and figure out the things we need to focus on. The communication was clear, which means a lot to us. The girls were very friendly and interested in our project. If we will need more help, we will surely reach out to them
