I'm the president of CCC Communications LLC. We specialize in English and Spanish translation and interpretation.

What challenge were you trying to address with MantyWeb LLC?

I had hired three previous web designers and none of them seemed to understand my business, the image I wanted to portray, and how I wanted to market myself.  I needed someone who would be able to fulfill those needs.

They built my website from scratch, from what I believe is WordPress.

I had two main points of contact.

How did you come to work with MantyWeb LLC ?

I met MantyWeb through a recommendation from my small business administration. As soon as we had our first conversation, I realized I had hit it on the nail, after dealing with such a frustrating process for so long. It made me very happy to finally find the right partner after being in business for 15 years.

How much have you invested with them?

I've invested less than $5,000 on this website.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in September 2019, and wrapped up in November 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I love the site, and everyone that I've shown it to loves it too. It's a good format, easy to use, and informative. Overall, all the feedback has been positive.

How did MantyWeb LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They've been super easy to deal with. We used phone and email for communication.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I didn't want a standard out-of-the-box site, and they recognized that. They understood my personality and what I wanted to reflect. It was really important for me to demonstrate professionalism but also to show who I am, which they were able to do. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be very clear from the get-go with your objective.

AFGlobal is a capital equipment and technology specialist supporting the oil and gas and other industrial sectors.

For what projects/services did your company hire Mantyweb LLC?

We employed Mantyweb to convert our website from an overly robust platform to WP Engine.

What were your goals for this project?

Our objectives for this project were twofold...first we wanted to have a more flexible architecture and second, we wanted simplify our web updating process with a more streamlined and user-friendly platform.

Mantyweb came to us via a direct connection from the American Marketing Association .

Mantyweb moved our entire website from one platform to WP Engine, building and redesigning as needed, keeping a similar but fresher look and feel. They added templates and built a streamlined process for us to work within.

What was the team composition?

We dealt both directly with the owners (programmer and account services) as well as a web developer/designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Mantyweb seamlessly managed our platform move with zero disruption to our business and no challenges to managing the site at our end.

Already we have received positive feedback from our business units, and clearly the site is working, as we have had direct client outreach as a result of key elements added in this migration.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Seamless management. This team is focused and streamlined, which made the project easy on the client's end.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were unflappable....regardless of the challenges we sent their way, Mantyweb performed well under a time pressure, and delivered exactly within scope. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the project.

none. They were on time, on budget and delivered as expected.
