Champion info metrics is a sales and marketing company. We are experts in Healthcare and technology data set solutions. Salesforce administrator handle the end to end process of the internal and external salesforce project.

To map and track sample and count requests from customers go get the feedback management system to automate segment and track the lead generation based on different domains.

What were your goals for this project?

To get the solution on the challenges identified by champions group and have a user friendly environment for all the users for a smooth business transactions.

How did you select this vendor?

The partners were referred by salesforce based on there previous achievements. Which was finalized in the board meeting.

Describe the project in detail.

The overall project was designed into three phases for CRM. Phase-1: To convert current classic system to salesforce Lightning Sysytem. Phase-2: Customize the current system with counts request management, feedback management, invoice management,. Phase-3: Integrated with project central, Docu sign, connect wisse. To implement Pardot automation we give access to our website to create and implement tracking codes and cache for proper tacking activities. Currently we ran all our customer data through spread sheets. And sending emails to customers is difficult to us. So we decide to implement an automation tool to overcome all these issues. Mannya gave a better solution to us. My roll in this project is Salesforce Administrator. Mannya suggest to create a responsive landing pages and email templates to improve the lead management system.

What was the team composition?

The project was involved with a Project manager, senior Business analyst, Senior salesforce developer, Pardot specialist along with 3 team members including tester.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were as expected with user friendly environment, fully automated with the overall satisfactory feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The gelling between Champions group and Mannya techno solutions, is the strength to run the project successful with the expected out comes. We use JIRA for project management.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their team is well organized, communicates well, and gets things done.

As a CEO the business my primary challenge was to digitalize the whole process happening at MR Sanghavi & CO, the process include multi pages of quatation generation along with technical specification of the product to changes customer to customer, terms and conditions and annexures. As Mannya Techno Solutions Provided a user friendly solution which as overcomes all the challenges.

Salesforce refer Mannya Techno Solutions and another company. In discovery call Mannya team explain there use cases. From MR Sanghavi my Sales Manager and me involved in selection process. We consider two things here to choose our Implementation Partner one is our requirement solution with in the time line and budget and another one is budget. Mannya Techno Solutions meet both the factors.

To work with mannya is the best opportunity, the way the team consult is really well structured and organized, the main strength of Mannya is the consulting part, to be more detailed Mannya Techno Solutions majorly work on the implementations with the master brains and get the solutions for impossible, and make the end users life ease, they Negotiate very reasonable on commercials, on the whole they are the Niche Salesforce Implementation Partner, Thanks Mannya Techno Solutions and keep up the Good Work.

Nothing at the moment. There's always ups and downs but we worked together to remedy the problems that come up.
