Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the contracts and acquisition manager at ORFAP Coffee. We are the leading supplier of Coffee in third Countries and all around the World. Based in Africa and fully registered in London, UK.

For what projects/services did your company hire Maniflex Ltd, and what were your goals?

We needed a website that could display our coffee products online in order to target a wide range of potential clients on the internet. In addition, we need packaging design too for our products.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were refereed to Maniflex Ltd by a friend, who had been working with them. We were lucky to work with them.

Our team at ORFAP called them for a short briefing about the work. Then they provided a proposal along side the pricing involved. Later one we paid 50% as deposit to get the project started. After 5 days, they submitted the UI Design of the homepage, and we approved it. Then they finalized with the Development phase. The project got approved after few revisions, and later on we signed a website maintenance agreement for monitoring the website performance.

Maniflex Ltd availed an accounts manager, a project manager for a consistent communication throughout the project and a web developer for technical recommendations.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Maniflex delivered a high-performing Ecommerce website to showcase our coffee and agricultural products online.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Maniflex kept consistent contact throughout the whole project duration. They used an agile project management methods. We were reviewing the work in different bits/steps to facilitate the delivery of an amazing final product.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were so creative and highly experienced. Not leaving aside that they have a very friendly team dedicated to go the extra miles to satisfy their clients. In short, they put much value in quality.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Offering google ads services. Unfortunately they don't offer this service, but it could be awesome to just keep working with them. They bring out results.
