Bestari is a digital agency that specialises in user experience first digital solutions. We create highly user experience websites, e-Commerce, and web applications. Our clientele are mostly from Australia, United States and Malaysia.
For what projects/services did your company hire Majiska Digital Marketing, and what were your goals?
We have recently redeveloped our new website into a superfast BoltSpeed website. Since it's a new website, it does not have much domain authority in it. We also want to have a realistic long term improvement in our Google Search ranking for specific keywords.
There are so many people and fake gurus in the digital marketing domain that claims that they can deliver results. As someone who is technical myself, I understand big results wouldn't come without strong attention to detail of each strategic action.

While I did have a budget limitation (~$40k), the team outlined me my next best strategic moves to grow online presence for Bestari Digital. At that moment, I could see Bestari Digital future looks like.

Our engagement began with a discovery session to analyse current Bestari Digital placement in the digital landscape. After a thorough reporting was done, they outlined a few strategic actions that can be taken including the time, cost, priority and approximate result for each.
I couldn't take everything due to my budget. However I just proceeded with the high value actions such as SEO and PPC in order to accelerate Bestari Digital online presence.

They assigned a project manager together with 1 SEO consultant and 1 PPC consultant.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since working with Majiska team, we're ranking on 1st page on a few critical keywords. Our websites also getting more leads. Our visitors told us that they knew about us through online search, which is a good sign.

They've done an excellent job of managing our expectations and sticking to timelines. We usually connect via email, and they are always quick to answer and make changes. For important developments, we conduct a monthly roundtable meeting with both of our teams.

Their expertise and overall knowledge of the sector are exceptional. They did a lot of homework before starting, and it paid off because the job went well. I also admire their persistence and willingness to produce.
