Nice and responsive email

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The delivering was super fast and neat. Coding emails is a profession of its own. Choosing this company to make email templates is a really good choose, because it solves the care of responsiveness and mail client support. The code is developed pixel perfect and fantastically tested on the most used mail clients. The things that were unavoidable divergent from the design (because of fonts and such) were clearly communicated.

They led a very transparent communication, and the expectations were perfectly covered!

That they develop so fast for not that much money!

Have worked with MailBakery previously

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We had a few discovery meetings and after the meetings, we set up some wireframe to be sent to MailBakery. They quickly understood the requirements and returned the work very promptly.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, our team was 2 person and I am not sure how many were involved from MailBakery but everything was liaised directly with Dave the GM.

Their work was thorough. We only had 2 rounds of amends and feedbacks.

The GM feedback was very good and the platform they used is very effective.
