I’m the general manager of sales and marketing at VSB Group. We export granite, marble, and quartz from India to 80 countries across the globe.

We had a very rudimentary website, and we wanted to be more present online.

They do the job, get our approval, and then post it online. We have a marketing strategy in place, and they refine it and execute it. They’ve designed beautiful logos for our company, which we print on our trucks and employees’ uniforms.
Additionally, MAGSMEN helped us get a vendor to create a state-of-the-art website. They also introduced us to a SEO company.

LinkedIn is a useful tool for us, and they’ve tripled our followers in there. We used to have 90 followers on LinkedIn, and now we’re close to 300. Moreover, our brand management is refined according to the feedback from our customers and users. We used to do our own social media posts, but people find them a lot more professional now. They see us as one of the best brands in the industry.

Our restaurant had been open for two and a half years and we were searching for a partner to promote our services, dishes, and ambiance online.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We had a one-month interview with Magsmen regarding our products, how to promote the products, and what needs to be promoted. For social media marketing, they post ads, paid advertisements, and product and service information on all our social media platforms. They also do photography for the food dishes they post. They also provide SEO services, coming up with keywords themselves. Christmas, New Year's Eve, and Republic Day were big for Magsmen’s promotion work as well.

We work with about five people from their team. I have directly interacted with two people who take instructions from us. My main point of contact is the project manager.

We never had a food blogger coming to our hash box to taste our food or give a review, but thanks Magsmen tagging the food bloggers on our social media platforms, food bloggers visit, taste our food, and do interviews and blogs about us. Magsmen’s social media campaigns drew their attention.
Their social media campaigns have increased our brand awareness and led to increased sales; the promotions are huge, and clients always want to visit to see whether what's posted is real or not.
We are always receiving more followers, likes on our pages, and positive reviews from clients. There were also a lot of bookings over the holidays thanks to Magsmen.
