Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Kaiser US. We’re an engineering company that creates products for the federal government.
What challenge were you trying to address with Magnitude Media?
We needed an experienced firm to improve our website and digital marketing materials.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Magnitude Media redesigned our WordPress website and integrated it with additional content. That process included creating new product images and updating relevant descriptions. Once we agreed on the project’s deliverables, they quickly began producing the site’s marketing videos. They handled everything and made the process as easy as possible. We call them up to lead a marketing push around major holidays by producing web ads, running email campaigns, and updating the site’s product inventory.
What is the team composition?
John (Founder, Magnitude Media) is our main point of contact. We also interact with their lead web developer. They have a whole film crew and post-production editors that work on our deliverables, but we don’t have any contact with them.
How did you come to work with Magnitude Media?
John has a positive reputation in our area, so we met him through networking several years ago. His company’s ability to produce high-quality commercials and web ads set them apart from similar consulting firms. They use professional grade equipment.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2016 and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The sales generated by the website indicates the success of Magnitude Media’s contributions. Overall, we’re satisfied with the results they deliver. They’re a supportive company that accomplishes what they promise.
How did Magnitude Media perform from a project management standpoint?
First of all, they’re incredibly responsive. If they don’t answer our calls immediately, they usually manage to get back to us within five minutes. They’re willing to address any issues we communicate to them. They’re able to complete assignments within aggressive deadlines.

We’ve worked with a lot of companies that took our money and underperformed. Magnitude Media cares about of products and wants us to succeed. Also, their availability is unparalleled compared to other consulting firms. They’re never too busy to meet with us.

They do an excellent job for us, so I don’t have any criticism to offer.
