I'm the IT Web developer for E-commerce Staff at Trung Nguyen Coffee Corp.

For what projects/services did your company hire Magenest JSC, and what were your goals?

Our e-commerce website was created over 5 yeas ago and had become outdated. Since we didn't have in-house developers to invest in a new website, we hired this team to design and develop a Magento site for us. By doing this, we were hoping to improve our site's e-commerce functions and increase our traffic substantially.

We searched online for web developers and shortlisted 5. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills. and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there,the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site, which we ran by management to approve. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed the new Magento site.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 backend developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we saw a 70% increase in traffic, and our sales doubled month over month. Customers love the updated design. The product pages are easier to navigate, and users can now pay by more methods.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a lot of experience building robust e-connmerce websites. Their team was patient enough to teach us about the best ways to use Magento, and they were responsive to our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had some communication issues in the beginning because we were in different time zones. But they quickly adapted to our schedule, organizing our stand-ups during our mornings and their evenings.

I'm a Marketing Manager for ASH Vietnam - an e-commerce marketplace platform for global premium sportswear brands, connecting distributors, retailers and consumers. Founded and launched in 2021 with the headquarters in Taiwan and main branches in Vietnam, China, Hongkong.

We didn't have in-house developers to invest in a new website, we have Magenest built an Ecommerce website for ASH in Vietnam.

I have conducted a research for web developers in Vietnam with expertise in Shopify platform - the platform we aim to use for our Ecommerce website and then shortlisted 3. After receiving a clear and qualified consultant service from Magenest's business manager, we chose this vendor based on their relevant past projects and suitable quotation.

The project steps includes UI/UX consulting, business analysis, front-end & back-end development, pilot test and go-live preparation. Key deliverables: an informative Ecommerce website for our potential customers to do online shopping, get sufficient product information, promotion campaigns, flexible back-end for our operation staffs to manage Blogs' content, customers database, purchase orders, etc. ASH website is built with Shopify platform.

An account manager was my main point of contact throughout the process. There were also a business analyst consulting for the site's UI/UX & functionalities. Additionally, there were 3 full stack developers and a professional designer working behind the scenes

- The project is delivered on time. - Transparent communicate to discuss and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Helpful support service. - Sufficient & informative training sessions to help our staffs in operating the system straightforwardly

We have communicated via group chat, emails and managed project tasks on Magenest Odoo system, where we can log and track the progress quickly. The development timeline more than 1 month.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have been satisfied with their work, responsiveness, and overall customer service. The website is , easy to navigate and jumps out at the reader, encouraging active participation and feedback

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were minor bugs/issues during development stage, we let the team know and they were quick to fix it.
