    We usually work with around 6–8 clients at a time — enough to stay diverse, but never so many that quality slips. Every project gets the attention of our core team, from strategy to design to delivery. We’re hands-on, deeply involved, and intentionally selective about what we take on. That’s how we keep the energy high, the ideas sharp, and the results consistently great.

    We work as an extension of our clients’ teams — not as outsiders. Collaboration is constant and transparent through tools like Slack, Figma, Notion, and Google Workspace. We hold quick check-ins, share live feedback, and keep everyone aligned on goals and progress. It’s a mix of structure and flow: strategic when it matters, spontaneous when it sparks ideas.

    Our project management combines creative freedom with clear frameworks. We use agile-style workflows in Odoo, keeping deliverables organized, deadlines visible, and communication open. Each project has a dedicated lead who ensures everything runs smoothly — from kickoff to launch. We keep things lean, collaborative, and (most importantly) human.
