There're a lot of Asia and Eastern Europe-born patients in Germany. In this case, an interpreter helps to interact with them. Our target was to reduce the interpreter's involvement and reduce costs to make medical tourism to Germany more accessible. Because we fully understand, that the diagnostic and treatment process is too important to be automated by the mobile app, we decided to improve domestic communication. We also had

to take in a record the limited possibilities of patients during hospitalization, as well as not high enough level of immersion in modern technologies. 

We have developed a cross-platform mobile application (PWA), which contains a full list of possible patient requests to the medical staff, also made as a straightforward interface for use as possible, and introduced the ability to control the voice system in more than 10 languages if the patient's movements are limited. That allows the patient to communicate easily with the doctors or nurses without any problems.

The architectural technical audition enterprise requested the implementation of ERP software to make accounting and procedure automation provided in one web application. Also, the acceleration of order processing was required. So we had to understand all the procedures of the company, identify strengths and weaknesses (bottlenecks) while making them more transparent and efficient. It was important to merge all the departments

into one coherent structure that could react quickly to changes. And to allow the management to get all the necessary information in real-time, which would allow them to make decisions faster and more accurately. Another important part of the task was to make a system that might be easily understood by the user of any level of PC use. An additional complication was having by the company many subsidiaries in different cities of the country, that must constantly adjust their activities with the central office. 

After detailed research of every process, detecting every bottleneck, determining the peculiarity of every employee of the company, as well as a detailed collection of requirements from management, an ERP system was developed. It comprised all tasks related to the company's operation, as well as synchronization with the accounting module and the resource for data exchange with customers. Employees of the company withdrew any additional software, except for professional engineering programs. All communication within customers and employees, document flow, reporting, cloud file storages, analytics, postal services, as well as order value calculations, were combined into one system and became maximally optimized for the activity of a particular company. While using the new system the speed of order processing increased by 17% and was almost eliminated one of the departments of the company, engaged in the execution of standard documents.

The task was to develop a service that would allow the exchange of one cryptocurrency to another with the help of several cryptocurrency exchanges in the briefest time. It was important to create a reliable system that would be stable and error-free with a large number of third-party services (cryptocurrency exchanges).

 

We have conducted research that has allowed us to determine the exact algorithms of working

with different software. We’ve developed a service that provided the most accurate calculations, allowing us to make a profitable exchange, even taking into account the high volatility of the rate. The interface of the exchange system was made for the most simple and clear use, as the main purpose of the project was to popularize the cryptocurrencies, which implied not a high level of users' immersion in the cryptographic industry.

A cryptocurrency startup required a wallet with the most user-friendly interface, transparency, and support for the main cryptocurrencies, ERC20-tokens, and the startup coin itself. 

 

A cross-platform cryptocurrency wallet app was developed using Electron.js technology, which allows writing cross-platform desktop applications for macOS and Windows operating systems. Also, the functionality of the atomic swap was

implemented, allowing to exchange of ERC20 tokens for the main cryptocurrency of the company.

One of the key features in postal services is giving сustomers a sense of control of their cargo. We had to reach as many ways as possible to communicate with clients. We made customers' alerts in messengers and via SMS, developed a website with personal account functionality, and decided to develop a mobile application for regular customers. The application had the aim to be as the fastest and most effective way of

communication with the client, to let solve all problems and learn about the condition of his cargo, while the possibilities of client support of the company significantly affect the costs of the company. After a detailed study using the design-thinking methodology, we have developed an application that covers the entire spectrum of the client's basic needs in one interface. The software integrates delivery tracking, payment system, delivery registration, and support services. The application is developed with the help of Progressive Web Application technology, which allowed us to make versions for iOS, Android in a very short period of time, as well as to give an opportunity to the clients to put it on the smartphone desktop directly from the browser without downloading the application.

The specifics of the postal services area requires the presence of many partner companies at each stage of the parcel's journey, as well as a large number of procedures related to the exchange of information with the customs systems of different countries. Despite a large number of such solutions on the market, the specifics of working with Ukraine led to the client's decision to implement the system, sharpened exclusively for

the needs of his company. An important aspect of the system is its internationality, as well as the ability to work comfortably in countries with slow Internet connections. For the management of the enterprise, it was very important to get information about the main indicators of the company and emergencies in real-time to have a complete picture of the following occurs. After detailed research of all business processes, an ERP system was developed, which features modularity and flexibility in terms of connecting different customs API and API of partner companies. The system was established in view of the fact that the company's employees have a different level of experience with PCs, speak different languages and are responsible for individual processes. All procedures in the company are now unified and conducted through one system, regardless of the country, language and speed of the Internet. The system is also synchronized with the website and personal account of the company's clients, which allows them to automatically receive and place orders, notify clients about promotions, goods arrived and changes in the enterprise.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The team delivered what they promised - a fully working service that allowed us to collect and operate with this data through API. Now we can filter, compare, and use this data to train AI for helping in the analysis markets of these coins.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We communicated directly with their CTO and core development team members, who all speak English and are great at client communication. We never had any issues with project management. The dialogue was always fast and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The guys are really good blockchain specialist and true believers in Crypto and Blockchain ideas. They have a deep understanding of each unique specific in blockchains which we need to analyze.

We came to them with rough technical requirements and it was enough to build our tool. Prior to Madfish, we started working with a different company and were unsatisfied with their results. We switched Madfish and had the experience we expected.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It would be great if Madfish.Solutions also could provide security audits for solutions that already in productions.

Our challenge was to quickly prototype and build a cross-platform system using the existing legacy front- and backend implementations.

What were your goals for this project?

We required a fast delivery of code that would be built at the highest quality standard, and within a limited budget that we had for the project. Contrary to a widespread opinion that it's impossible to achieve all three in a software project, we did receive the speed, quality and low cost!

How did you select this vendor?

We shortlisted two vendors based on the pre-existing relationships with both of them. After that we conducted face-to-face interviews. We liked Madfish's level of technical skills and flexibility when it came to terms negotiation.

The project included front-end development, legacy code review and refactoring, backend architecture, planning of the technical roadmap, third party service integration.
