Made Simpler

We started Made Simpler in 2019 to work on projects that help people improve their health and wellbeing. Before that, we spent 20 years in the digital industry—and 10 years navigating the health system with our daughter, who has CHARGE syndrome. The challenges we faced inspired us to create Made Simpler. We’re passionate about human-centred design and making the health journey easier for others.  Today, we lead a specialist team that helps clients create and improve digital health services. We also design physical services and customer experiences—especially when the challenge is complex, needs creative thinking, and a practical, human-centred approach.
