They reached out with very convincing feedback on how many potential clients we were missing out on by not advertising on Google as well as some very convincing case studies and examples of previous clients that they did amazing work on. After talking about it with the team we decided to get started working with them.

First, they did an audit on our Google analytics and previous data and prepared a plan before jumping to the ads. After that, the team took total control of our Google ads account and we started to see the results within a few days.

We only met a few of the people that were directly working on the team, I know that they’re slightly more people than the ones we met. In our case there was a marketing strategist, media buyer and a tracking expert.

We’ve been having a lot of new qualified leads reaching out to us and a lot of new calls getting booked consistently! Plus their communication was crystal clear as we always understood exactly what is happening with our marketing campaigns.

They were always present in case we ever had any questions or if we wanted to book a meeting to discuss anything related with this project. The project was quite hands off, after the onboarding process they took over and did everything to ensure the success of the project.

We hired Macedo Marketing to help us scale our ads account. We already had an established base of customers but we aspired to grow our customer base and spread our programs to change other people’s lives.

I did interview a couple of agencies but after speaking with Macedo Marketing and getting feedback on our ads from their team I instantly felt that they would impact our ads account in a very positive way plus I really liked how they didn’t required much of an input from me it’s was really a completely hands off approach as their services cover everything that I needed (creatives, copy, campaign optimization, etc)

After going through their onboarding process the Macedo Marketing team came back to me with an in-depth audit of exactly what would be their next steps and what should be the main areas of focus in order for us to get the best return in the shortest amount of time.

Once I gave the approval on it they started to implement everything right away, from then on, they would create copies and creatives and all I had to do was approve/ request revisions (which I barely did thanks to their in-depth onboarding process). Then after that we pretty much would get on a call every two weeks and from then on I just kept seeing our results completely skyrocket!

They had a specialist for each of the major roles of Facebook ads. So in this case, a copywriter, media buyer, videographer and graphic designer and a strategist.

When we came to Macedo Marketing we were spending about $10.000 per month and the return was not the best, today I am very happy to say that we are now spending 5 times more and the return pretty much doubled! So they managed to scale our spending while making us even more profitable than before.

Super effective! As stated I really didn’t had to do much than to just hop on calls with them every now and then and approve or request revisions on assets they created for our campaigns, I never really looked much into the ads account because I've always felt like that we are completely on top.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that they really know what they are doing with Facebook and Instagram ads are absolutely experts at it. I also highly value the fact that they always go out of their way to provide feedback on our website and any changes that we can do to improve our conversion rates!

Macedo Marketing started by doing an audit of my business to understand where would be the biggest opportunities for fastest growth once that was done they created a tailored plan for my art ecommerce store.

On the implementation stage they completely took care of everything, the creatives (they created videos, carousels and images), the copy, the pixel implementation and optimizations necessary, the campaign creation and daily monitoring and they even provided us with conversion rate optimization ideas that made a huge impact in the conversion rate of our website.

Within one month we started to see some results and positive returns coming in and we started to scale the ad spend to take our business to new heights.

Most of my communication was done directly with their Strategist / Project Manager which was always super helpful and available to hop on calls whenever needed. Other than that they also have a few media buyers, the copywriter and the creatives team (videographer and graphic designer).

We barely had any online presence whatsoever and the Macedo Marketing team came in and created a tailored Facebook & Instagram ads marketing plan, within the first month we were already at a 3.44 return on ad spend (ROAS).

This was an amazing success for us as we were able to make some profit right away in the first month of working with them. In the next months the results kept improving and our ad spend increased as well so we were seeing even bigger returns on our ads.

This ultimately led to our business doubling in revenue and we achieved a consistency in sales that we didn’t have before.

They pretty much handled everything that was needed for the success of our marketing campaigns.

I just needed to give them some direction initially about the company’s branding through their onboarding process then once that was done I would just have a look at the assets they created (the creatives) and approve or request revisions if needed, but they pretty much got it right!

How they ended up becoming more of a business partner than just an agency for us, they’ve helped us in getting some direction for next steps with our business, what would be the next acquisition funnels that we should go after, etc.

One of our clients was in urgent need of someone to take over the management of his Facebook/Instagram and Google ad campaigns as he was losing money with his current strategies.

Initially we wanted to be profitable but quickly we realized that we could aim higher as results started to come in from Macedo Marketing changes so ultimately we wanted the ads to be converting at least at a 300% return.

Not entirely sure, as we spoke mainly with their project manager and strategist but they had a creatives team, copywriters, analytics specialists and I am not sure about the rest.

They quickly managed to make this client profitable (within 3 weeks) they were already making money. This was amazing for us because we could then focus specifically on scaling and combining our email marketing efforts with their ads. Ultimately some of the campaigns had a return as high as 4.5 ROAS.

Incredibly smooth! They always have everything up to date. It was being done on their side thanks to their reporting.

How confident they were about their process and ultimately how it actually showed on the results of our campaigns!

I wish I found them earlier than having wasted my money on other agencies and freelancers, super happy to work with them moving forward and will definitely come back to them for more projects!

Within 2 months we are already hitting all of the monthly goals we are setting for ourselves! The ads they’ve been creating are also beautiful and truly represent our brand so we’ve been getting a lot of good feedback on that from our customers plus our returning customer rate as well as average order value is also increasing thanks to all of their efforts! We also have an exciting plan ahead of us for the next upcoming months and I am sure that we will be hitting all of our targets thanks to their help.

Super effective! Outside of the constant reporting that they would do on our Slack channel every Monday and throughout the week we would also have a call every two weeks to discuss everything related with the Facebook and Instagram ads and we would also cover other areas that were also affecting the ads and they always gave great suggestions for improvement.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fact that we’ve worked with other agencies in the past and they didn’t really manage to get any good return on ad spend for us but Macedo Marketing is doing this successfully and I see them more as a business partner than an employee and I love that!

We were completely surprised by the quality of the creatives that they’ve created for the ads and the results showed! Within a 60-day window the project was already at a 4 ROAS and scaling.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The communication was all done via Slack and bi-weekly calls via zoom. We would always get updated every single monday with an in-depth screen recording video showcasing how our campaigns were performing and informing us what would be their next steps moving forward.

Any questions we’ve had we would just write them on Slack and very quickly someone from the team would jump in to answer which was amazing!

Also there were bi-weekly reporting calls and we would receive a detailed report with all of the important metrics for our business, other than that the team was always available to hop on a quick zoom call if needed.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their extensive knowledge about the industry was quite impressive. 

The company tried running their own ads in the past and they didn’t really got any returns but Macedo Marketing quickly pointed out their mistakes and found key areas to focus and improve on and the results really showed.

Other than that working with them was just always a breeze, the communication and everything within their organization seemed to be quite efficient and they delivered on every single deadline.
