Our main goal was to promote our company as much as possible and to establish new contacts as well as to strengthen brand awareness. We also wanted to get new projects.

We went through a tender process and had three companies submitting ideas and proposals for the two events.

M3 Communications Group created the idea for the business conference portion of the 10-year anniversary. They also handled all of the marketing materials, PR sessions with various media outlets, got new potential clients, sent out invitations for the event, and rounded up participants including the keynote speakers. Their team was also in charge of the whole organization of the event, including booking singers, music, etc.

What was the team composition?

Their team included f their CEO, an event manager, a photographer, a designer, and a social media expert.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The business conference was organized into a breakfast session, and all the materials for it were brilliant. The anniversary celebration was even more perfectly organized, with more than 200 people in attendance and most from top management positions, which were our target. We gained many new prospects and finalized contracts thanks to this event. The ROI was quite satisfactory for us.

MdeU Design SL is a jewelry project based on design and gemology . We do jewelry collections as well as bespoke pieces. As gemologist, I give advice to gemstone buyers and make appraisals. MdeU is a small company which pretends to give a serious and professional service to people who appreciate the artwork of manufacturing exclusive pieces and give value to special gemstones.

MdeU is more than just design, works with 18k gold and natural gemstones,. We consider jewelry the most important accessory for a woman due to its sentimental value, in addition to the beauty and quality.

How did you select this vendor?

I met them 20 years ago and followed their work. I always knew I wanted to work with them. They are serious, trustful , they listen and advice their clients making them feel very confident.

I was encouraged by some friends to exhibit in Bulgaria and gave me some ideas. I called M3 Communications group and we had a meeting in which I could appreciate the importance of their advice.

We developed the project in a totally different approach, much more focused in branding and middle term objectives, with a selected exhibition venue as well as a selected future clients mailing list

What was the team composition?

The president, Maxim Behar, is always very close to the project and his team. He is a great leader and makes everyone feel very motivated, listening to all new ideas and making his experience their tools to develop them.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The fist exhibition in Sofia was in February 2017, and the last one in May 2019. I have considerably increased my clientele and the brand position.

The press review was absolutely incredible, including prime time TV programs as well as radio, fashion magazines and daily newspapers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We keep in touch constantly, organizing future events and listen to new offers and ideas. They are always finding new opportunities to make the brand positioned in the best places.

I really much appreciate their commitment and seriousness. They had a way to make you feel as if their company, was part of MdeU, instead of an external communication group
