After the beginning they assured us that they were the right people so I set a high budget and let them begin, it was obvious after the beginning though they did not have the competence and my in house guy knew way more than the person in charge of the account, we asked for changes and either never got them or got them late. Worst Company Ever!

Yes, they could actually care and be 1/2 way decent and competent. WORST COMPANY EVER!

I was looking for an agency that has a strong SEO presence on Google. Lyfe was one of a few that always kept popping up.

Well, they build a proper structure of campaigns for your project. All what i have to do was to support them with images, videos and product links on my website.

Overall , I have reached amazing goals in terms of online visibility and sales.

It is very effective. Lyfe team has already a built in structure that can be customized to any business. Personally, I feel like they apply the best business practices to everyone and then customize accordingly.

How easy to start up the project. They have a very smooth on-boarding process that I really appreciated.

Maybe if Lyfe can have a specialized team for different business types. This should allow account managers to easily understand the client business and offer up front recommendations.

Workflows were terrible. They only work through email and things were often lost or not put up in time.

We describe exactly who we are going after and what services we want to promote. We have strategy meetings on things going around during the holidays. Basically, they send us over a monthly content calendar with draft posts. Our team reviews and go through it to make sure it fits our brand (which it normally does) and then we post.

Our followers have increased and I get alot of positive feedback from my customers on our social media presence. I am very satisfied with our outcomes.

They helped us to rank in the search engines for high-value keywords, something we were trying to do for years. We had some rankings, but when they took over we saw some impact very quickly. They also did some remarketing to help us convert that traffic. Additionally, we had them make some website and video tweaks we thought were needed to improve conversions.

I worked directly with an SEO Specialist and Account Manager. Although, they did have other specialists on their team that helped with our website and ads.
