I was looking for a web design agency that can really instil what our company is in the design & attract/reach our industry partners. Our current website is out dated and doesn't deliver what we can really provide to our partners. They're still developing the site, but they've made sure I was apart of the entire process and they understood my vision perfectly.

I recieved constant communication weekly and sometimes even daily. It really gave me a lot of trust knowing that there was progress and wasn't sitting. We usually have a weekly video call meeting going over everything and I haven't recieved this kind of care with any previous dev company so it was awesome.

Yes. They told me exactly how long each process would take and the breakdown of everything.

I find the communication and care exceed my expectations. I know every single step they're working on and don't have to really worry about anything. If I need any revision to the site, they understand it fully and work on it and show me previews for approvals.

I don't think there's much they can improve on, communcation is more than exceeding, the work is perfect. I first initially saw their portfolio and was stunned which is why I went with them. I also didn't have a full vision but they helped me make it come alive. Maybe they could provide some examples of what kind of site for customers like me that don't know exactly how their vision looks. But overall this company is great.

We primarily communicated with Denis as project manager, and then with other team members for specific projects. deliverables were always completed on time correctly. even when we needed small one-time odd jobs outside the scope of work, Lumitech was willing to step in and help us, no matter the size of the project.

Lumitech regularly saved us when urgent matters would pop up, and have become extremely valuable resources for our company.

Weekly sprints, project update calls and then pushing updated test builds Daily throughout the week.  Using Jira to document enhancements and updates throughout the Project.

Project Management was very important sharing communications what work was being done on the back and front end.  It allowed the design team to be engaged if needed for UX/UI.  And it showed me what tasks in Jira were being worked on that week and an accurate timeline for project completion.

We launched our mobile app on time with our web app, allowing us to launch our business according to our original estimates. Since launch, we've been releasing new features on schedule and exactly according to our design requirements. Bugs have been minimal and the app has been very stable.

Users should be able to assign people and equipment to tickets by dragging and dropping them onto the cards. Develop the associated modern Rest API and WebSocket backend.
