Lucenta Solutions has built out the homepage of our website from scratch using JavaScript. We had a graphic expert who makes the pictures we’re using, but the entire homepage has been done by them. They’ve helped us come up with homepage and database topics.

We’ve also got several pages and videos to maintain our payment and customer registration. Their team has made changes, updates, and improvements to each page to fit our new ideas.

We interact with three people from their side. I have direct contact with their resident engineer, who also acts as our project leader and communicates with their team on our behalf.

We still don't have any specific metrics to share yet, but we are generally satisfied with Lucentra Solutions’ work. Whenever there is a bug on our website, they repair it immediately. Lucenta don’t just build a product; their team adds value throughout the whole process.

They’re great with communication and are very responsive to us. We’ve got one contact person who is available all the time. Moreover, their team adheres to the timelines we agree on and are very prompt, which is one of the main reasons why we continue working with them. We use Slack to communicate.

If they would expand their team and thereby increase their expertise in GraphQL and React, we would be completly satisfied. But we were and are currently more than satisfied with their work.
