Introduce your business and what you do there
I'm the director and system Administrator of 10K Info Data Solutions.
What challenge were you trying to address with LTI?
We were looking for someone to help us migrate and launch our servers in AWS.
What was the scope of their involvement?
LTI first monitored our website, servers, and hardware at the beginning of the project. We had a different server back then, which they helped us migrate to AWS.
Apart from that, they provided design services in regards to AWS and gave them what they needed — but the complete plan, infrastructure, and network were all done by LTI.
What is the team composition?
We were working with more than 50 members of their team.
How did you come to work with LTI?
We were referred to LTI by someone who had previously partnered with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent approximately $1,000 on a monthly basis.
What is the status of the engagement?
We worked together from June 2019–December 2021.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Their services were very helpful to me because I wasn't aware of the AWS cloud service, as I only working with data centers.
How did LTI perform from a project management standpoint?
They were great with delivering the project on time, but there were some delays from time to time. If there was a delay in the first contact level, I used to call the second or third level immediately as they always acted swiftly to resolve them.
They had a ticketing system that we used to raise issues and we mainly communicated through phone and Skype.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We liked that they were able to deliver what they promised.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could make improvements to their problem-solving time and responsiveness.
Any advice for potential customers?
I would advise you to trust them with the AWS services because they're experts who can guide you through the whole process.
Provide them with what they need and leave the rest to them.
The team was highly productive and helpful from an educational perspective, thanks to their expertise in AWS and cloud-based services. LTI was as communicative, and internal stakeholders were particularly impressed with their ability to deliver the expected outcome.
