BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Backstage Pass Institute of Gaming & Technology was established in 2010 to offer university undergraduate and post-graduate diploma courses in Game Art, Game Design, and Game Development. Backstage Pass is award-winning and one of the top gaming institutions in India. It is based out of Hyderabad. I'm the founder & president of the institution.

For what projects/services did your company hire Lotus Tech?

Lotus Tech provides end-to-end content services for Backstage Pass. They write blog articles, online press releases, website content services, project reports, and more.

What were your goals for this project?

Prospective students and parents need to be educated about the potential growth and various opportunities in the gaming industry. A lot of our students participate in Game Design competitions and Game Jams around the world. Some had also won some of these events, which needed to be covered in online media. Lotus Tech has helped us immensely in this regard.

How did you select this vendor?

I knew the founder of Lotus Tech through someone who had already worked with them for quite sometime. She has more than 15 years of experience in the content writing space. Their previous work impressed me and convinced me to sign on with Lotus Tech.

Describe the project in detail.

Lotus Tech writes two newsletters and two blog articles every month, in addition to regular press releases and other content requirements. The content is published only after we approve it. They also do email campaigns for Backstage Pass, where they send out emails to targeted groups and prepare reports based on the results.

We had three team members working on our project.

What outcomes or results can you share that demonstrate progress and/or success?

The content developed by Lotus Tech definitely helped to brand Backstage Pass as a premier institution in India.

How effective was the project management?

It was impressive. They are professional, creative, and deliver on time. We never had to follow up with them on deliverables.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The amount of research they do before executing the project. They go deep into the subject, understand the practical issues in general, and suggest solutions.

What tips or recommendations do you have?

Lotus Tech is one of the best in technical and creative writing, something every company requires today.
