We had a preparation meeting where I got to tell about my ideas and goals with the website. We went through most of it in detail and I showed inspiration from competitors. I also got some input on things I had not thought of before either. After that, the work was started in a very professional way.

After we launched our idea, we experience a significantly higher conversion rate on our jewelry, where we experienced. that our customers had a hard time finding before.

I had full confidence in the company already at the start-up meeting and already felt there that I did not need to be so much involved, as their project manager knew exactly what I was looking for. However, we had short follow-ups at Zoom only so that the development went as expected.

I felt that the company was already one step ahead in the process and knew what I wanted. They suggested things I had not thought of but were so obvious.

Nothing I think of.

After reaching out to many different consultants we decided to work with LoopLabz beacuese they had the best prices and good communication.

First we talked via Zoom about what email flows we thought where inportant to setup. Then we gave Flowlabs a admin login to Klaviyo. After the email flows was written and finished we activated the flows and did some small edits that we thought was necessary.

We only worked with Felix forsgren. The owner of FlowLabz.

The email campaigns have been very successful. The last 7 days the email flows is responsible for 34% of out revenue.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had 3 meetings and it was very effective. They respond very fast via facebook messanger.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The really fast responses and the customer service.

They could have delivered the emailflows a little bit faster.
