My experience working with Logo Talks was largely positive. They demonstrated a high degree of professionalism, creativity, and dedication to our project. However, there's always room for improvement in any partnership. One area that could benefit from further refinement is their communication process.

Timeline. It was our main challenge. The other one was the fierce competition. Chicken is a hot product in Malaysia and differentiation in this segment is tough. The goal was to create a fun, light, affordable and fast brand perception.

The process started with an online meeting briefing them with what's needed and the challenge we were facing and the reason why we are building the brand. Then a research was done by LogoTalks then they proposed 3 logos to choose from after probably a week or so. We had some comments on the proposed and then the final one came out

Our brand was meant to sell online on delivery platforms so we managed to create a recognisable brand online and achieved sales starting our very first day

The communication was thorough and intense and LogoTalks had a very responsible attitude knowing that time was tight and a bit of challenge for us. Also, they managed to send MOMs after every meeting with them to ensure no misunderstanding or missed points were there

The deliverables were logo design, print applications, billboards, business cards, letterhead, brochures templates and digital applications such as social media posts template, profile pictures and cover photos.

The project was mainly remotely over zoom we had only one meeting, everything after that was over the email, they delivered the project as promised on time

Honestly, it was hard to find a company with experience in the field of real estate branding, but Logo Talks had this niche and experience, so they were familiar with what we wanted to do, and they helped us achieve it in a short time.

We wanted to meet them face to face instead of zoom but i think during the pandemic that was the reason we couldn't meet them often

The good thing about it that we felt instead of going back and forth to get the information it was one time and for all with every tiny mini details.

Then they invited us for a meeting to present the idea and logo options, we did a minor amendment with the font, and we chose one option, the logo and the look and feel were exactly as we wanted to have, then they delivered all the files open source final to print

Because the project was during the pandemic, all was digitally, but we managed to print our menu and send it to our clients when they ordered, the designs were outstanding when we printed it matched the digital designs, and the colours were terrific; we achieved our sales target after five months as planned

Their overall management of the project was on point and accurate. The timelines were properly followed as agreed on. Communication was regular and effective to make sure our vision of creating the brand was aligned.

My comment is that LogoTalks needs to widen its scope a little to include more marketing services to be offered.

Once we finalized the logo design, company name, and branding guidelines, Logo Talks collaborated with my team to develop a branding strategy, which they wrote up for us.

I’m very pleased with the look of the logo Logo Talks delivered — the other companies we evaluated wouldn’t have been able to deliver something as great. I was impressed that Logo Talks delivered such great work in a short amount of time.
