I’m the digital marketing manager of a commercial refrigeration manufacturer and distributor.

What challenge were you trying to address with Logidots Technologies?

We were looking for a mobile app solution that would work within our dataset, but would also be easy enough for our customers. We needed to take something very complicated and simplify it for our user’s experience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Logidots Technologies built our iOS and Android app from soup to nuts. We told them our goals and our pain points. We also gave them a blank board and gave them all of our product data. They took what we had and created a plan for us. They also created and executed for us.

We worked with two developers from their team.

They were recommended to us by a trusted partner. The reason we selected Logidots was their approach. They’re very creative and also very technical, which is rare.

We started working together in January 2019, and our work is ongoing with maintenance.

We’ve definitely surpassed our download and user goals.

How did Logidots Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Azure DevOps as a project management tool, which they adapted to in order to accommodate us. We have a weekly app call that we do for an hour and a half every week. They’re also really available and flexible.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Even though they’re not part of our company, they really take on the role of being a product manager for us. They’ve provided a lot of great ideas that we’ve implemented.

Above all, their innovation and communication stand out. I’ve never worked with an agency that’s quite as responsive as Logidots Technologies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, my experience in the last two years has been nothing but positive.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be open to ideas. Allow them to guide you as well. Everything they’ve given us so far has been golden.

One of our prestigious clients was looking for a solution to get proper tracking of the drivers using their Delivery Solution and to be able to track the routes and status of the delivery jobs on a monthly basis. So Mobura did the requirement gathering and our Creative team did the UI / UX and documented each of the modules and engaged with Logidots to get the solution developed.

The client was very happy with the solution and it became one of the core offerings to their customers.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team."

The developers were very professional and gave us all the intimations regarding the timely updates helped us with each customer deployment as and when such a need arose

When we first launched, there were some minor bugs. We let them know, and they were quick to fix the issues

We hired Logidots to build a custom web application in-line with the specs, mock-ups, and ideas that our team conceived.

We interviewed with three different design agencies that could build seduxLab, but Logidots stood out as a clear winner. From our initial conversation, we could tell that they would do whatever it took to build a product that they were proud of. The price was fair, and the communication surpassed our expectations. The team was smart, knowledgeable, and felt invested in the project.

The team took our design from concept to final product through a series of wireframing to testing. They implemented custom notifications, a chat API, a custom match-making algorithm and onboarding flow, social sign-ins, a custom backend database, and a match/reject feature.

The agreed-upon milestones were met on schedule and within budget, which made my life as the project manager that much easier.

Project Management was superb. We used a combination of Slack, Jira, and Figma to communicate and stay on top of tasks. Each deliverable was addressed immediately and acted upon promptly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Having access to Anand made the project immeasurably easier to build than I had initially thought. Anand was always prompt to answer questions, involved himself in the project along every step, and led his team with grace and poise.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Logidots and would come to them with another custom-build project in the future. I would look forward to it!
