Absolutely. The SEO took a while to kick in but to my understanding that is because my site is brand new and SEO takes a while to kick in. Besides that my website functions great and looks good. I am also getting a 4x return on my investment from Google Ads.

We chat mostly through emails and phone calls. I didn't even have to go to their office we just do everything pretty much virtually. They're very punctual and communicative. Overall they are very easy to work with but most importantly they are getting me results and a return on the money I invested.

I don't know if there is anything particularly unique about them, but the people inside their company are quite unique. I don't think I've ever met anyone that works as hard as Vlad. The guy is pure hustle. Totally on top of his client base. Hayk on the other hand is the more technical and quiet guy. He's the wizard that's doing all the magic on the backend.

Hayk made sure that our migration ran smoothly. They were super professional and reassuring. The team was assertive, and they weren’t intimidated by the work. Hayk also communicated with me in laymen’s terms since I’m not very knowledgeable. The process was very light, approachable, and easy. It’s exactly what you want to experience if your website is experiencing issues.

We had two calls to handle the project. Hayk made himself available. He was very flexible with his time when our meetings ran over.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Junk B Gone and 99 Junk Removal.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Logic Inbound?
We were having issues appearing consistently on the first page for organic searches. Similarly, we weren’t appearing on map listings in certain areas. We needed an SEO partner who could help us be more consistent with our rankings.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Logic Inbound monitors our SEO efforts on our behalf. I’m not too technically-savvy, so I can’t tell you all of the details of their work. However, I can say with confidence that they’re doing all that they possibly can to raise our organic rankings. We have weekly meetings where they update us on how our site is performing depending on our locations. Over time, we’ve started to gain a better understanding of how SEO works, too.
They’ve also worked on two of my WordPress sites. The first site they built from scratch, which only took a week or so, and the second site just needed improvements.
What is the team composition?
I work with Hayk (COO) and Vlad (CEO).
How did you come to work with Logic Inbound?
We used to work with another company called coolblueweb on and off for a number of small SEO tasks. Financially, I couldn’t afford the work, and we were getting to the point where our sporadic projects weren’t delivering the results I was looking for. I decided to bite the bullet and find a way to pay for extra help.
coolblueweb no long did SEO work, so they turned me to three other companies, including Logic Inbound. In my interviews, I felt that Vlad and his company were the most realistic and honest about SEO because they didn’t promise me anything. Sure, they walked me through what they’d work on and how they’d get us to our goals, but nothing was guaranteed.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve paid them about $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with them since January 2017.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
One of the great things about Logic Inbound is that they’re on top of problems. For example, Google My Business temporarily took down our listing because they changed their verification procedures. It was a frustrating situation, but their team walked us through the whole process and managed to get our listing back to the way it was before.
How did Logic Inbound perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re really helpful when it comes to walking me through the steps because they’ll explain it to me until I understand the process. If I call with a question, they’ll get back to me within 24 hours.
Aside from that, they’re great at checking in periodically via email or phone call to let us know how things are performing. It’s normally around once a week but can extend to about once a month. That’s only if I tell them that they don’t have to get back to me unless there’s a problem.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re an awesome group to work with. I consider these young men to be part of my family — that’s how good they’ve been in the way of looking after my businesses. They’ve taken this project as if it were their own, and I’m confident that they’re doing the best that they can for us.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think there’s anything that they should change from a business standpoint.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I was the chemist and ambassador for a perfume house in Washington. Our products were sold in Nordstrom stores in the area.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Logic Inbound?
We were looking to boost our presence on Google because more sales were coming through online channels than in-store. Our goal was to drive up sales.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We were getting sales on our website, but it was clear that the platform wasn’t optimized for SEO or keywords such as “best rose fragrance” or a specific fragrance for the season. They found that we were spending our marketing dollars ineffectively and directed us toward e-commerce by optimizing our site for SEO-driven keywords. This was the first time we hired an SEO company, so they paved the way for our company to be successful in this capacity.
They made structural changes to the website and added content to target certain keywords on-site. Their team helped with off-site SEO as well.
What is the team composition?
We worked directly with Vlad (CEO), who helped us coordinate the project and drive sales.
How did you come to work with Logic Inbound?
I found them initially through an entrepreneurship group in our area. We connected there and had a conversation about our project. Vlad was professional and articulate, showing us the potential for our company’s sales through their past work at Logic Inbound. He was more realistic and friendly than other digital marketing groups we’d come across.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent about $1,200 each month with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from around August–October 2017.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Perfume sales through our Shopify website increased after a few months of working with them. We were able to see their work impact our sales through Google Analytics over time. SEO doesn’t happen overnight, but it definitely paid off.
After working with them, the structure of the site was better overall. Through the optimizations and titling changes they implemented, they catered best to customers who were searching for products like ours. The content writing was strong, and the site was easy to navigate.
How did Logic Inbound perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicated through phone calls and email. Whenever I reached out to them, I found they were very responsive. It was nice having that quick back-and-forth.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Rather than pushing their services, they described what realistic results would look like for our team. They were super friendly and easy to work with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They did an excellent job and the pricing was fair. However, it may be helpful for them to explain some tenants of SEO to clients that don’t know much about it. Other than that, they were phenomenally respectful and easy to work with.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
If you want to drive traffic, SEO is the way to go. No one looks past the first page of Google results. During the engagement, it’s important to trust the process. They have the experience and have done a great job on past SEO projects. Save up for these services because they have a great ROI.
