We collaborate with Localisy Web Agency to: Understand how the website is used by our prospects Increase the number of online bookings Use AI tools, LLMs and other generative platforms to be cited, mentioned and to make sales via our website. We entrust them with our entire strategy because we do not have the resources internally to do it and prefer to entrust all the complex tasks of web marketing to a specialized company that only does that. We are very happy, our turnover is growing every year thanks to the campaigns and their monitoring, and our share of OTA reservations is decreasing in favor of direct reservations.

• Turnover growing by 5 to 15% YOY
• Gift voucher sales > €300,000 YOY
• Citation and mention in AI tools growing by more than 12,000% YOY (statistic that I was able to verify myself in our analytics dashboards)

Project management is based on several aspects: 

• Lois, the company manager, is our point of contact. So we don't have a traditional project manager: it's the boss who takes care of us, and that's reassuring.
• Each segment is managed by its own specialist: there are therefore several people involved but all specialized: SEO-IA, SEA, META ADS, VIDEO PRODUCTION, DATA ANALYTICS, ... 
• Analytics dashboards (lookerstudio) are presented at each meeting. It's concrete, quantified, and without any nonsense.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm amazed at how closely sales figures correlate with campaign performance. When traffic to our site drops, we immediately see sales drop. 

More recently, they came to present us with a GEO-FIRST strategy, which I wasn't familiar with. They explained to us the importance of being mentioned in AI tools (ChatGPT, which I know best) and the strategies to achieve this. So we developed some strategies in this direction and we directly saw traffic via AI increase and generate bookings.

It's a company that innovates, that moves a lot, that never lets itself be overtaken. 

Before them, we had four agencies, none of which gave us satisfaction. Here, we are completely satisfied and, above all, completely profitable!

They have a perfect understanding of the challenges of our business, the specificities of our seasonal market and have a real impact on our turnover according to the strategies implemented.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As a business, we're primarily focused on generating revenue and margins. We didn't want a web marketing agency that would give us grand theories about numbers, clicks, and impressions.

Here, Localisy really impacts our sales and our in-store traffic and since the launch of our collaboration, our turnover has clearly evolved, in direct relation to the statistics presented to us.

This is the most important thing for us and they really know how to answer it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Localisy could have done differently?

No, our only recent concern has been how we would improve our strategy with the arrival of Generative AI (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.). And here too, they very early on proposed improvements to make us stand out in the LLM, so I must say that they really meet our expectations and concerns.
