Tinasoft builds ERP, management, and event planning software solutions for fitness centres and gyms.

For what projects/services did your company hire localhost.company?

They were hired as a service provider to develop a portal-based enterprise solution for our partner. That included integrations with third-party payment providers and hardware solutions already in place.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to implement, build, and deploy a comprehensive enterprise solution for our current partner. It needed to integrate with existing systems and be potentially sellable to more B2B partners in this area of business.

One of their customers referred them to us.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

They designed and implemented a web-based portal built on the Angular.js framework. It uses REST API services with OAuth 2.0 compliant security. The solution is for dedicated iOS and Angular mobile apps for B2C customers, with a notification system. It's integrated into existing infrastructure in our partner’s facility. They also provided us with UI/UX designs for both web and mobile apps and 24/7 support with maintenance and hosting.

What was the team composition?

We had a scrum master, a product owner, three web developers, two backend developers, and two QA engineers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our partner's facility—that includes a fitness center, gym, and various services—is now equipped with an ERP, management, and event planning system. That helps them to boost their reach, increase their competitive advantage, and provides a royalty-based sellable solution for potential B2B partners.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their management was responsive and effective. The product owner was primarily responsible for direct communication with us regarding product backlog and new features.

The scrum master handled operative communication, leading the team and all the common sessions. We communicated via Zoom video chats, Slack, and email. The primary task management and planning tool was Redmine.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were able to manage and deliver resilient solutions covering complex enterprise workflows of our partner. They were very effective in terms of communication, expectation management, and project management. We were very pleased with the feedback provided by our partner.

They built robotic advisors for FOREX trading and implemented management platforms to enrich our existing portfolio.

They designed and implemented trading bots based on our high-level requirements. They also managed the R&D of our trading algorithms and comprehensively backtested their own strategies.

They designed and implemented a web platform to manage the bots and visualize trading results. They handled project management and release management as well.

We had one project manager, two developers, two QA engineers, two frontend developers, and one backend developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Our private equity portfolios are now enriched with robotically advised trading, which produces mid-level monthly gains with a stable risk. We have a portal that gives individual customers details on their investments, and a monitoring system tracks every trade and the status of particular bots. 

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Their project management was effective and goal-oriented. They responded to our requirements and solved problems that arose during development. We communicated using Slack and email, and used Redmine for task management and planning.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They managed and delivered tasks capably using various technologies. They're smart, effective, and pleasant to communicate with. Their portfolio and expertise covered all our software development needs.
