I don't have anything metrics to share. We've gotten a lot of positive feedback on the site, especially around how user-friendly it is.
How did Livnup perform from a project management standpoint?
Livnup was very organized from a project management perspective, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. It was in stages. They were very patient with us in getting the information to them and asking us for the information that they needed. They instructed us on what their needs were in order to complete the project in a timely fashion. We worked as a team. They were an extension of our marketing department.
What distinguishes Livnup from other providers?
They're accessible. You send them an email, and they email you back within 24 hours. Sometimes, you don't have that with other bigger companies. I like that.
Is there anything Livnup could have improved or done differently?
Not at this time. We got what we wanted.
