We're a mobile medical practice. We do dysphagia consultations on our mobile medical clinic.

What business challenge were you trying to address with Livnup?

We wanted to our website to look more professional and polished and to have accurate up-to-date information and good SEO [search engine optimization] practices while we rebranded our company.

Livnup designed the look of the website. We gave them the nomenclature. We gave them PDF files and images, and they helped figure out what page things would go on, how many pages we would have, and how to organize it.

They were recommended by an employee.

The cost of the project was less than $10,000

What is the status of this engagement?

The project is done. As we need things updated, we work with them. They give us an estimate, and we get it done quickly.

Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?

I don't have anything metrics to share. We've gotten a lot of positive feedback on the site, especially around how user-friendly it is.

How did Livnup perform from a project management standpoint?

Livnup was very organized from a project management perspective, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. It was in stages. They were very patient with us in getting the information to them and asking us for the information that they needed. They instructed us on what their needs were in order to complete the project in a timely fashion. We worked as a team. They were an extension of our marketing department.

What distinguishes Livnup from other providers?

They're accessible. You send them an email, and they email you back within 24 hours. Sometimes, you don't have that with other bigger companies. I like that.

Is there anything Livnup could have improved or done differently?

Not at this time. We got what we wanted.
