I'm the CEO of Improve Growth, we teach companies how to hire top-performing sales talent.

Our clients struggle with having processes for salespeople to be successful. Lipkins Consulting Group allows us to feel comfortable hiring sales talent for our clients since they will have the right processes in place to help the end clients successfully retain great sales talent and increase sales.

I have worked with L'areal for a decade now and she has always been my go-to person for all things sales consulting. She gives me and a client a ton to think about as we're going through the process.

Thanks to L'areal's help, our clients have been able to retain top talent 100% of the time. This is because they have the right process and management strategy to be able to keep good salespeople and increase sales.
