I'm the CEO of Improve Growth, we teach companies how to hire top-performing sales talent.

Our clients struggle with having processes for salespeople to be successful. Lipkins Consulting Group allows us to feel comfortable hiring sales talent for our clients since they will have the right processes in place to help the end clients successfully retain great sales talent and increase sales.

I have worked with L'areal for a decade now and she has always been my go-to person for all things sales consulting. She gives me and a client a ton to think about as we're going through the process.
