We work on the development of Ukraine in which human rights are securely protected and positive changes work for the benefit of the citizens.

- Creation of 6 videos in a vertical format lasting 60-90 seconds with a combination of collage and hand-drawn animation;
- Providing suggestions on the design, reduction and changes in the text of the script, adaptation of the script;
- Storybording each video according to the script;
- Drawing of individual graphic elements of the video;

- Studio voice-over of the characters of each video;
- Subtitling in Ukrainian and English;

The purpose of the videos is to tell about European values, their content and connection with the values of Ukrainians in a popular and informal manner. In each of the 6 videos, a prominent Ukrainian figure of the past will talk about the content of a particular EU value through the prism of their own experience, creativity, etc. (Taras, Vasyl, Alla, etc.).

There is no limit to perfection, but in the case of cooperation with our organization, we cannot single out areas where something was not of sufficient quality in our work

We hired Linza agency to create a short animated video (and its voiceover) explaining European values and why their protection and promotion in Ukraine are essential. We plan to distribute this video among our target audience to increase their awareness of the basic principles of European values.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
- We are more interested in qualitative results, which are difficult to measure in the short term, than quantitative ones. However, the number of views and shares can be an indicator.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project management style was easygoing, flexible, and operative. We had a shared chat on Telegram for up-to-date and fast communication with the team. Linza's team was interested in understanding our idea and values before helping us create a script and storyboard. We held several short online meetings where we aligned our requests with Linza's capabilities.
There was no need to control the process from our side, as Linza's project manager kept us informed about every change and step in the making process. The team was also flexible enough to hear out every change we suggested and integrate it even when the video was almost finished.
Ultimately, Linza delivered a 5-minute animated video explaining to the audience how European values took shape and transformed through centuries; how those values define European aid to Ukraine during the full-scale russian invasion and why those values are worth fighting for. The video was uploaded on Youtube on the 20th of February and now has 1,466 authorized views.
The Facebook post to promote the video on our Facebook page gained 364 likes and 66 shares. For a charity's foundation FB page - that is a very good result. Due to the blackouts in Ukraine, we were unable to keep to the schedule we made at the beginning. Still, Linza's team managed to finish almost on time. Linza informed us about the delay beforehand, so we could adjust our plans to the situation on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The team has a good sense of the request's context, tries to understand its contractor, and works not only on the result (i.e., the finished product) but also on the added value of this result (i.e., its positive impact on the target audiences). Correspondingly, the finished product fulfills its task and conveys to our audience the messages we put in it.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Linza agency could have done differently?
I have only one suggestion - to have a Ukrainian version of the website.
